vacation ~ part 1

 our vacation seems like forever ago now, but boy was it fabulous!  we rented a great house in

seagrove, fl with our dear friends the boggs.  we left atlanta super early in hopes that bella would sleep most of the ride there.  vacations are never long enough.  just when you really start enjoying yourself, it's time to head home.  the weather was perfect, the house had everything we needed & more and seagrove is a fantastic place to vacation with the family.   we will definitely rent that home again, just not soon enough.  ;-)

this is proof that a good time was had . . .   it was 6pm & she couldn't keep her eyes open.

i am ashamed to admit how long it's been since i've posted.  it's just an indication of just how busy things have been this past month.  our vacation was fabulous!  time together as a family, enjoying the best that the gulf has to offer.  sea groves, fl is heaven with a capital H.  we got too much sun, ate too much fantastic food, consumed many margaritas, & spent so much time with our toes in the sand that pedicures were scrubbed nearly clean.  i promise to post pics to prove it soon. . .  really, i promise.  

since we've returned from our trip we've spent lots of time at the pool, in the sprinklers, painting our toes & riding our new pink bike with training wheels, yes training wheels.  our old fashioned red trike has been handed down to her boyfriend beau.  a new season is starting soon & with it come changes...  we'll embrace them & enjoy them just like the last.
