family vacation . . .

we are enjoying some family time on a much needed break/vacation from the 'every day', at grandma & grandpa r's in fl. we've been to the zoo, out to dinner(s) and to the pool so far. we still have 4 more days then it's back to reality.

another beautiful day in Atlanta! we just had to get to the park again. . .

what a GORGEOUS day! sunny and 78 degrees, can't beat that for a spring day. we spent part of the day at the park enjoying the weather.

i can't tell you how much i enjoy watching isabella discover new things everyday. she so enjoyed just walking around, so much so that she refused to let us pick her up.

after such a beautiful day, we had one tired beautiful little girl. . .

for 15 months now, isabella absolutely hates the dr's. today was no different, in fact much worse. she literally cried from the time we entered the exam room until we shut the door to the building headed towards the parking lot. not just a 'regular' cry, but a frantic, huge crocodile tears cry. she wasn't having any of it, and every time one of the nurses so much as looked at her, she lost it. unfortunately, her dr says it will probably continue until she's at least 2, possibly 3... what fun we will have!!
the good news, she continues to be very healthy and is growing just as she should.
